PART TIME POSITION
•Job Summary As a Home Health Aide, you will work one-on-one with members in their homes, following an individualized care plan. This role is ideal for someone with a big heart who values building genuine relationships while providing attentive, personalized care. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a safe and healthy environment that meets each member's needs. Strong communication skills are important. Prior Home Health experience is a plus. Responsibilities Assist members with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and safe mobility Support meal preparation and encourage healthy eating routines Help members transfer in and out of beds, baths or wheelchairs Maintain a clean, safe home environment, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light housekeeping Keep accurate records of care, observations, and any changes in condition Communicate updates or concerns to the supervisor Provide companionship, conversation, or reading to help keep members mentally engaged Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program High School Diploma or GED One year of prior professional experience preferred Valid driver's license Benefits and Perks Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Career advancement opportunities Mileage reimbursement
