Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in an assisted living environment dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering personalized assistance in a warm, community-focused setting. You will be the cornerstone of daily resident care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Support residents with medication reminders and ensure proper medication administration Provide specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities, implementing memory care strategies Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic exercises to promote mental and emotional well-being Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols Qualifications Certification as a CNA or HHA is required; PAY IS $20 an hour.
Pay:
$24.39 - $29.38 per hour
