Desired Qualifications:

Current certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in Massachusetts Prior experience providing care for pediatric or medically complex patients, particularly those who use wheelchairs Ability to monitor health conditions and respond promptly to changes in status Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educational staff and families Reliability, patience, and a passion for supporting childrens success in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:
