Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) & Home Health Aides (HHAs) — South Shore, MA Weekday and weekend shifts available. Driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Snug Harbor Home Care is a locally owned, family-led home care agency based in Duxbury, proudly serving families throughout the South Shore. We're looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs who want to bring real warmth and dignity to the clients they care for — not just check tasks off a list. This role is ideal for caregivers who find meaning in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities or memory-related conditions live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Call or text [508-414-1897] or email [sam@snugharborhomecare.com / welcome@snugharborhomecare.com] Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' overall well-being Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals Maintain accurate, timely client care documentation Assist with transportation and errands as needed Follow individualized care plans developed with healthcare professionals and families Help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment for every client Qualifications Active CNA or HHA certification required Previous caregiving experience preferred — home care, senior care, nursing homes, or memory care Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia highly valued Comfortable with medical documentation and maintaining client records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality care Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Ability to read, write, and understand English required
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
