Job Description

Clifton Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking a Unit Secretary w/ a CNA License to join our team. This position performs duties that maintain order and efficiency of the nursing station. This position provides clerical support and record keeping for the medical aspects of our resident's care while under the general supervision of the Unit Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday - 7:00-3:00pm with every other weekend Temporary position to cover a leave through December.

Responsibilities:

Performs administrative support for the Unit; prepares necessary forms and maintain files, clinical logs, laboratory results and medical records Manages multiple tasks, such as: telephones, faxes, appointments, records, calendar Complies with State, Federal and local regulations. Other assignments designated by

Manager or Administration Requirements:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in MA Ability to work well as a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Must have clinical experience with medical setting and medical records Experience in LTC required We look forward to hearing from you!
