We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized individual to join our team in a unique dual-role position. Position Overview Resident Care Assistant (RCA) supports daily staffing operations, administrative functions, and provides hands-on resident care as needed. This role is essential to ensuring proper staffing coverage, smooth office operations, and high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Resident Care Assistant (RCA) Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing to nursing leadership staff Promote resident dignity, independence, and person-centered care Follow service plans, safety procedures, and infection control protocols Qualifications High school diploma or GED required RCA, HHA, CNA, or equivalent experience preferred ( must be certified CNA or HHA ) Previous experience in assisted living, memory care not required but preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and compassionate Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Apply today to join a community where your work truly matters.
