- 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM
- 7:00 AM including every-other-weekend rotations.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and personal care
- Follow individualized care plans
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Document care provided per community standards
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with nurses and care team This is relationship-based care — you'll have time to truly connect with residents. Qualifications
- Active CNA certification preferred (caregiver experience considered)
- Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
