Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist clients with personal care, including dressing mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting to doctor's appointments Transportation to and from doctor's appointments, dialysis, family visits, shopping excursions, and family vacations Maintaining open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition Ensure the highest client's safety and well-being Take and record vital signs Medication reminder Personal Hygiene, toileting, dressing and maintaining the appearance Light housekeeping Require to wear a standard PPE (mask) and wash your hands frequently Qualifications and requirements: Preferably minimum of 3 years of CNA or any relevant job experience Physically fit with current Physical Assessment result With a negative TB skin test or Chest X-ray result Certified in CPR and BLS Your CDC card (COVID Vaccination) On hand Social Security Card Positive and patient demeanor Preferably with a Valid Driver's License and reliable car (insured) Ability to build rapport with patients
