A Better Alternative Nursing Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN or Part-Time basis in the Upper Shore Area, Maryland . In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting the comfort, safety, and independence of our clients in their homes or assigned care settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in patients' condition and record vital signs as assigned. Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality. Accurately document care provided according to agency policies. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Upper Shore Area. Previous home care or long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible PRN or part-time schedules.
