GNAs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing , ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident. Active Maryland GNA license Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation. Located in the heart of Howard County, MD , Lorien Columbia is proud to be the flagship location of Lorien Health Services and has been serving the community since 1977. Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy , and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County . With 215 beds across five nursing units — and plans to expand with a new unit — Lorien Columbia continues to grow while staying true to its mission of providing exceptional care.
