Position Overview:

Selected candidates will be placed at various healthcare facilities and client homes throughout Maryland on a per diem, part-time, or full-time basis. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse Provide compassionate personal care while respecting client dignity and privacy Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to the supervisor immediately
Requirements:
Active CNA or GNA certification in the State of Maryland Valid Maryland state license in good standing Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Up to date immunizations including TB test, flu vaccine, and
COVID-19
vaccination (or approved exemption) Valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the United States (I-9 compliant) CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Reliable transportation
