Erickson Senior Living seeks a compassionate
GNA/CNA-I
Med Tech to support residents in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you'll provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily living activities, and safely administer medications under nursing supervision. You'll monitor and report changes in condition, maintain accurate documentation, and support a safe, clean environment. Working within a resident-focused, mission-driven culture, you'll build meaningful relationships while gaining training, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits in a stable senior care setting. Responsibilities Provide direct personal care and ADL support to residents Administer and document medications per protocols Monitor and report changes in resident condition Maintain accurate charts and electronic records Support resident mobility, hygiene, and comfort Follow infection control and safety procedures Communicate with nurses, residents, and families Assist with mealtimes and restorative activities Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and preferences Participate in training and quality improvement Required Skills Direct patient care Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Medication administration Vital signs monitoring Electronic health records (EHR) Infection control Documentation and charting Resident safety and fall prevention Basic restorative care HIPAA compliance
