We're looking for CNA II Nursing Assistant to work in our Memory Support Assisted Living Unit our senior living community in
Rockville, MD Shift Available :
On call shift available 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am Wage rate : $19.85 to $23.74 per hour commensurate with experience Differentials available. On Call Benefits

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years of clinical nursing experience and CNA II nursing Assistant required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply practical understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable in restorative and medical nursing principles and practices.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and basic observations Support patient mobility, transfers, and proper positioning Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment Assist with feeding and personal hygiene Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, assisting mobility)
