Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.
Specific Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older Pass a background check High school degree/GED Bilingual is a plus Current CPR and First Aid required TB /PPD test required Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time Ability to travel within our service areas Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal COVID free household: you will be provided with all necessary PPE to ensure maximum safety.
