ASAP Job Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as directed. Assist with feeding and monitor residents' nutritional intake. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies. Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Requirements Active Maine CNA Certification Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Us?
