This position requires dual certification as either a Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ) or Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ).

Day Shift:

5:45 AM•6:15 PM + 1

Night Shift:

5:45 PM•6:15 AM +

Shift Length:

12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

+ Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies + Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living + Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately + Maintain accurate documentation and medication records + Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care

Qualifications:

+ Active 40-hour CRMA certification required + Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification + Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety + Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled + Excellent communication and teamwork skills
