Job Type Full-time Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aide ( CRMA ) who also holds a Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ) or Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) certification to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and medication administration while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Schedule:

Full-Time, 36 hours/week + 1 twelve-hour night shift + 3 eight-hour night shifts + Includes every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

+ Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies + Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living + Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions + Maintain accurate documentation and medication records + Support a calm, safe, and respectful overnight environment + Collaborate with nursing and care team members

Qualifications:

+ Active CRMA certification required + Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification + Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required + Basic computer skills
