Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with a CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide) certificate, CNA (Certified Nurses Aide) certificate and/or PSS (Personal Support Specialist) certificate for full-time Day or Evening shifts. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in an residential living environment. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for these with varying dementia levels. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Help with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Provide support during medical procedures as directed by nursing staff. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Experience Previous experience in a Residential Care Facility or caregiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation processes is beneficial.
