Job Description

Responsibilities As a CNA, you will work alongside Licensed and Registered Nurses to support patients/residents with their daily needs while helping improve their overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Supporting mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care needs Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition Providing compassionate and respectful care Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff Ensuring patients' rights, dignity, and independence are respected Qualifications Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program Current CNA certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
