Responsibilities The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights. At Springbrook, CNAs support both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong care skills, work closely with nursing staff, and provide consistent, compassionate support throughout each resident's stay.

Base Pay:

$22.00-$25.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $5.50/hour depending on shift! Full-Time and Part-Time and All Shifts Available! Qualifications Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
