Responsibilities The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights. At Springbrook, CNAs support both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong care skills, work closely with nursing staff, and provide consistent, compassionate support throughout each resident's stay.
Base Pay:
$22.00-$25.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $5.50/hour depending on shift! Full-Time and Part-Time and All Shifts Available! Qualifications Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
