Job Summary:
Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant) team member for a full-time day shift position on our Home Care Team. This team member supports the mission of Hospice of Lenawee by providing and assisting with personal care and/or selected housekeeping services in order to meet the needs of the Hospice patient. The Hospice Aide duties for patient care shall be based upon written instruction prepared by the RN. Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant)- Home Care (Full-time, Day Shift)

Schedule:
Day Shift:
6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. (some flexibility) Monday
- Friday Every 7th weekend On-call Rotation and a holiday rotation Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Completion of a home health aide training program Valid driver license and vehicle available with current auto insurance Current Michigan CNA license Experience with dying patients and their families, hospice experience preferred Experience in health care, required Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant)- Home Care (Full-time, Day Shift)
