Job Duties:

Help residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries. Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation). Observe residents for changes in physical or mental condition and report concerns promptly to the nursing team. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support. Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and safe. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Job Requirements:

1 year of CNA LTC experience High School diploma or equivalent Travel experience Current BLS AHA Certification Must have successful work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks No disciplinary action in effect against certification

Schedule:

6:00 pm - 6:00 am Night Shift 3x12 36 hours guaranteed in a week
