Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Supervisor/CNA to lead and support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery Provide direct patient assistance, including vital signs monitoring, basic nursing procedures, and patient assessments Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, long-term care regulations, and state healthcare laws Facilitate communication between team members, patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote coordinated care Assist with medical documentation, including

coding, medical records management, and accurate charting in EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks Support clinical procedures such as catheter care, IV insertion, tube feeding, and sterile techniques following aseptic protocols Participate in discharge planning, case management activities, and utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes Requirements Valid CNA certification with current licensure in good standing Proven supervisory or team management experience within healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and dementia care Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or Athenahealth; proficiency in
