Schedule:

Flexible-Per Diem | Work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, based on needs of the department. Two (2) shifts must be on a weekend.

Join our team as a Direct Care Supervisor , where you'll guide and support caregivers, ensuring our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve. In this role, you'll be a key resource for your team, providing mentorship, problem-solving, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. • $25.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Lead and Support
• Supervise caregivers in performing daily living activities based on individualized service plans (ISPs). Maintain Smooth Operations
• Ensure proper staffing levels and collaborate with providers. Coordinate Medication and Care
• Process medication orders and oversee resident assessments during intake and admission. Coach and Mentor
• Provide hands-on training, feedback, and guidance to caregivers, helping them grow and excel. Monitor Safety and Compliance
• Review incident reports and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Provide Hands-On Care
• Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime
• Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Monitor with Watchful Eyes
• Report any changes in conditions to the leadership team ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
