• $22 per hour depending on experience. Monthly Performance Bonuses Up to $500 per month based on KPIs. Attendance Bonus $150 per month for perfect attendance. Resident Happiness Bonus $100
• 300 monthly based on family reviews and satisfaction surveys. Team Performance Bonus Quarterly bonus when the building hits occupancy and care quality goals. Top caregivers in our building make $3,000
• $4,500/month.

What You'll Actually Do (The Work That Matters) You will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Daily responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, check & change every 2 hours and grooming Medication reminders and basic health observation Helping with mobility and transfers Serving meals and assisting residents during dining Keeping resident rooms clean and organized Reporting any changes in resident condition Creating a safe, warm environment families trust This job is fast-paced but meaningful. You will end your shift knowing you actually helped someone.
