Our client lives at home with his sweet wife and has a supportive, involved family. We are looking for caregivers who will provide safe, respectful care while helping him maintain as much independence as possible at home and in the community.

Night Shift:

8p-8a A every other weekend and holiday rotation is required What You'll Be Doing Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing standby assistance with mobility Following fall-risk and safety precautions Providing companionship and assistance with daily routines Transporting the client to appointments, errands, and community outings Encouraging independence while providing assistance as needed Communicating changes or concerns to the care team Completing required documentation Requirements Caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or similar experience preferred Valid Michigan driver's license Current auto insurance Clean driving record Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule Non-smoking staff required Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working closely with the client and his family Required Paid Onboarding & Training All new employees are required to attend our Monday-Friday Welcome Week prior to beginning their regular client schedule. Welcome Week is paid and includes required onboarding, orientation, training, and skills preparation to make sure you are ready and confident before working independently with our clients. Applicants must be available to attend the full Monday-Friday Welcome Week. Pay $18-$22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
