Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial About the Role We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team servicing commercial and industrial clients throughout Lansing and the surrounding area . The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter, self-starter, and committed to delivering high-quality service in the field. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability Accurately complete electronic service documentation using a handheld device Operate a company-provided service vehicle within an assigned territory Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Qualifications 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification required Strong electrical, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, and/or hydronics preferred OSHA 10 Certification preferred; company-provided if needed Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR Ability to pass required background check, drug screening, and physical ability assessment Paid In-House Technical Training We invest in technician development through paid, hands-on training in onsite electrical, refrigeration, and hydronics labs .
