Qualifications:

Experience in home health or other health related fields Positive and patient demeanor Punctuality is a MUST Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to re-direct/alleviate patient behaviors Spinal Cord Injury experience Catheter Care experience

Flexible Scheduling (we will work around school schedules as well as other scheduling needs) Employee Referral Bonus Program Paid Training Paid Earned Sick Time We are seeking a compassionate High Tech HHA/CNA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine in-home care per a care plan and under the direct supervision of a nurse.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care including but not limited to medication reminders, bathing/dressing, meal preparation, assigned ADLS, etc. Monitor and report changes in patient health status and behaviors Support social interactions and involvement within the community Transport patient to appointments as well as run errands (MANDITORY)

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
