Atrio Home Care is a partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven home health agencies. We are growing and are seeking a passionate home health CNA to grow with us!
Atrio offers:
Manageable caseloads with clients concentrated within a manageable geographic territory. Personalized, thorough training program - orient one-on-one and then work closely with an assigned preceptor in the field until you're comfortable. What Will You Do? Our CNA's provide compassionate care to our clients in a person-centered care environment, including assistance with activities of daily living, emotional support and monitoring the client's needs. Must be able to travel and work autonomously anywhere within our service area: Primarily Grand Rapids, may also be needed on the lakeshore. Skills to be Successful Flexibility, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Ability to prioritize Organized Passion for high quality care for our clients Education and Experience Valid/current CNA certificate in good standing through the State of Michigan. Experience in one or more of the following: private duty, home care, hospice, or assisted living. Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, access to a computer and an email address. We do require that all Atrio Home Care staff members have their own vehicle because not all clients are located on a bus line and it is a privacy violation for anyone to be dropped off at a client's home location.
