Job Description

The Caregiver is responsible for all duties in relation to safely providing for the resident's care and well being. They will be also responsible to pass medications after being trained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains the community's philosophy. Has good communication skills. Understands and agrees to follow the residents service plan. Assist with all of the care needs that a resident may require including: toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring from place to place.
Assisting with meal times including:
bringing residents down for meals, getting their drinks, serving their food, assisting with feeding if necessary, and cleaning up after they are finished. Keeping common areas clean and tidy and free of hazards. Light housekeeping in residents rooms including: laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning up. Capable of working together as a team with other staff. Answer call lights in a timely manner. Maintain current
CPR. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to easily lift and carry 50lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and/ or bend for a period of up to eight hours with breaks as provided by employee handbook.
Pay:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
