We're seeking caring and dependable Overnight (NOC) Home Health Aides (HHAs/CNAs) to provide quality care and comfort to our residents during the night hours. Schedule Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM & 3-9 / 3-10 3-4 shifts per week (set schedule with occasional flexibility) Opportunity to pick up extra shifts based on availability and your scheduling needs

Starting Wage:

Up to $24.00/hour (based on experience and certification) About the Role As a Night Shift HHA/CNA, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents' safety, comfort, and peace of mind overnight. You'll assist with evening routines, nighttime care, and morning preparations, all while providing attentive, compassionate support in a smaller, family-like setting. Key Responsibilities Provide care and comfort to residents during nighttime hours Assist with evening and morning cares such as dressing, toileting, and mobility Complete safety and wellness checks throughout the night Document cares and observations accurately Maintain a calm, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate any overnight changes to day staff or nursing team Qualifications CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required) Prior experience in assisted living or senior care a plus Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Must pass a background check Why Work at Serenity Village?
