Exceptional Residential Care Home (Group Home) seeking an outstanding professional CNA team playe r who is positive, smiles, and willing to go "above and beyond" assisting six women currently ages 54-98 in their cares while also providing socializing, meals, and light housekeeping responsibilities. This is a "one of a kind" opportunity and you will NOT be disappointed if you are the lucky CNA to land this position! Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Assist with ambulation and transfers of patients Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff Assist with behavioral health interventions and support for patients with mental health conditions Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, vacuuming, organizing, sanitizing, restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms Prepare easy meals from a planned menu (sometimes residents likes to help where they are able; larger meal is served at lunchtime) Supervise residents while they help set table, perform sitting exercises and say grace Administer meds Serve meal Clean up dining area/kitchen Assist residents with bedtime cares Document electronically using rtasks
