- Ability to read and write; understand and follow oral and written directions
- Listed on the CNA registry within 4 months of hire

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing personal care and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the clients physical and emotional wellbeing in assisted and independent living.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with changing situations, residents, and their families.
- Positive and pleasant manner with ability to demonstrate good judgment, observation, and communication skills.
- Charting in resident health record
- Assisting residents with their ADL's
- Following instructions from the Registered and Licensed nurses
- Following all policies and procedures
