About Us:

Responsibilities:

Assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence. Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, shampooing, nail and foot care, and medication administration. Assist with resident mobility, including transfers and positioning. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, bed-making, and maintaining a clean environment. Document care services in the computerized charting system. Assist with therapy-related tasks as directed by nursing staff. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions. Perform other delegated nursing or therapy procedures as assigned.

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota CNA certification (REQUIRED). Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving. Must be 18 years or older.
