Overview This position is 9pm-7am. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides or CNA's to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a commitment to providing personalized care while adhering to health and safety regulations. Duties

THIS ROLE INCLUDES COOKING & FOOD PREP OF MEALS.

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required. Launder clothing and linens as needed to maintain a clean living environment. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs. Ensure that all home care tasks are performed in a hygienic manner while following proper infection control protocols. Requirements Previous experience in home care or assisted living is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of basic healthcare practices is essential. Will train! Ability to perform basic housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
