Job Description
Summary Join a great team in the Medical/Surgical Department to impact the lives of our hospital patients. The main role of a Nursing Assistant is to help patients and support the community by providing care tailored to each person's needs, as directed by a licensed Nurse. Schedule Casual position | varied schedule as needed Pay Starting pay begins at $19.15 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $21.54 - $28.71 per hour Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Nursing Assistant - must be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and supervisors. Department & Site The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls, Morton, and other communities near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota.
