What You'll Do Provide comfort-focused personal care including ADLs, grooming, and mobility support Assist with comfort measures and medications as directed Observe and report changes in patient condition with care and accuracy Offer emotional support and steady presence to patients and families Collaborate closely with nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary team Help maintain a peaceful, clean, and safe environment during visits Follow individualized hospice care plans with empathy and consistency Who We're Hoping to Meet Minnesota-licensed CNA Experience in hospice, palliative care, or oncology Compassionate, dependable, and emotionally grounded Comfortable supporting patients and families at end of life Strong communicator who values teamwork and trust Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why CNAs Love Superior Hospice Mileage reimbursement paid by wage Manageable schedules that allow time for real care A team that truly supports one another emotionally and clinically Leadership that understands hospice work and respects your role A mission-driven culture focused on presence, dignity, and heart This is the kind of place where people stay because they feel connected to the work and to each other.
