Job Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care to our assisted living patients. Your energetic and proactive approach will ensure patients receive safe, respectful, and personalized support throughout their healthcare journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. You will collaborate closely with our registered nurse and other healthcare professionals to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. Duties Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and manual handling using proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety for both patients and staff Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems Support patient hygiene, nutrition, and comfort by providing bathing, dressing, feeding, and other personal care services Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and policies to prevent the spread of infections within our care facility Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team to relay important information about patient conditions and needs Assist with medical documentation tasks ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Requirements Proven experience working as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar patient care role within hospital medicine or outpatient clinics Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, patient safety practices, and infection control procedures Ability to perform manual handling safely while supporting patients with mobility challenges or post-acute care needs Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate caregiver communication Join us in delivering exceptional patient-centered care that emphasizes safety, dignity, and respect. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
