• 10:30 PM schedule Every other weekend Part-time opportunity Work in Assisted Living and Memory Care Training and opportunities to grow with Sunflower Communities Join a supportive, family-owned senior living organization What You'll Do As an Evening Caregiver, you'll help residents enjoy a safe, comfortable evening while supporting their independence and individual routines.

You'll:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility Support residents during dinner and evening routines Provide care in Assisted Living and Memory Care Encourage residents to maintain as much independence as possible Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Assist with activities and resident engagement Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff Work alongside nurses, caregivers, and community leadership Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Who We're Looking For Your background might include experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver . Experience is helpful, but we're also interested in people who are compassionate, dependable, comfortable providing hands-on personal care, and genuinely enjoy working with older adults. We're looking for someone who shows up for their residents, works well with their teammates, pays attention when something doesn't seem right, and understands the importance of treating every resident with dignity and respect. You'll learn their routines, their personalities, what makes them laugh, and when something seems a little different than usual. You'll help with the practical things. You'll provide reassurance during difficult moments. And sometimes you'll simply be the familiar person who makes the evening feel a little more like home.
