Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols to maintain safety and compliance Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care techniques and behavior management strategies Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition tailored to individual needs Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas by performing light housekeeping duties to promote a healthy environment Document cares accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with team members about resident needs Assist with and engage residents in meaningful activities to create joy and enrichment in their daily lives. Requirement Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required. Experience in senior living and medication administration a plus! Knowledge of emergency response protocols to handle urgent situations confidently Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate attitude towards residents' physical and emotional needs Experience operating EMR systems and basic caregiving equipment such as Hoyer lifts or mobility aids is a plus Join us in creating a caring community where every resident feels valued and supported.
