A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

At Bolivar Family Care Center, we see patients of all ages for a variety of illnesses, injuries and ailments. Our medical staff provides complete family care, well-baby exams, well-woman exams, Medicare wellness visits, obstetrical care and immunizations. The clinic also provides certified medical exams and drug screens for DOT. Bolivar Family Care Center is accepting new patients. Gathering and documenting visit intake Scribing 2 days a week Reviewing and updating clinical medical information in the history and Health Management Assisting with procedures using clean and/or sterile field techniques Maintaining an inventory of supplies needed for duties.
