Sign On Bonus Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. CNAs provide essential daily care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Position Details:
Full-time day & night shift available
Schedule:
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:00
AM Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning Take and record vital signs as directed Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Assist with meal setup, feeding, and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dependable Benefits (if applicable): Competitive pay at $20.00/hour $1k Sign on Bonus for Full-Time CNA's Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for advancement
Work Environment:
This position is based in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility and requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and direct resident care.
