- + Activities of daily living [ADL's] + Light housekeeping + Bathing + Dressing + Grooming + Toileting + Nail care + Range of motion / exercises + Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices + Oral feeding + Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration +
