Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including personal care, feeding, and mobility assistance Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a skilled nursing, senior living or related field preferred
