Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Take and record vital signs; report abnormalities to the nurse Help residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and hygiene Document care accurately in written or electronic records Maintain clean and safe resident environments Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED Current CNA/CMT certification in the state Physically and mentally able to perform duties Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Dependable, professional, and respectful
