Part-Time Overnight CNA (10 PM - 6 AM) $2/hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked Between 6 PM and 6 AM About The Baptist Home Baptist Homes & Healthcare Ministries is a Christian, not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the aging with compassion and excellence. Position Summary The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care, assists with daily living activities, and helps create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Document care accurately in written or electronic records Maintain clean and safe resident environments Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED Active CNA certification in the state Physically and mentally able to perform job duties Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate Pay and Schedule $16.71 to $17.73 per hour, based on experience Additional $2/hour for all hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM Part-time overnight position: 10 PM - 6 AM Every other weekend required Why Work With Us At Baptist Homes & Healthcare Ministries, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization that values compassion, excellence, and purpose.
