Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation Assisting with mealtime routines, including feeding and hydration Participating in resident care planning and implementations Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their Physical, Emotional, and Social needs are met Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain open and effective communication with family members and other stakeholders Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, quality, and customer service
