As a Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling/staffing needs and assisting with resident care within our facility. We are looking for a certified Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) with experience in healthcare or long-term care settings to ensure our residents receive consistent and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and develop employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts to meet facility standards and resident needs. Address last-minute staffing issues by finding coverage for call-outs and absences promptly. Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing any concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, or shift changes. Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal requirements for long-term care facilities, supporting regulatory compliance. Qualifications:

Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
