Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Webb City. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives, and contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with medication management, vital signs monitoring, and other health-related tasks Participate in the implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress Promote a positive and respectful environment, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall resident experience

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without reasonable accommodation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
