Benevis Dental seeks a Clinical Team Leader to guide a high-performing dental care team in a patient-centered environment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow while upholding quality and safety standards. You will mentor and develop clinical staff, support dentists in delivering exceptional care, and drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and best practices. This position is ideal for a clinically experienced leader committed to expanding access to dental care and supporting community health. Responsibilities Supervise and support clinical dental staff to ensure high-quality patient care Coordinate daily clinic operations, schedules, and patient flow Monitor and enforce clinical protocols, safety, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with dentists and leadership to improve workflows and outcomes Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members Track key performance metrics and implement process improvements Support patient experience initiatives and service recovery Ensure proper use and maintenance of clinical equipment and supplies Required Skills Clinical operations management Dental practice workflows Staff supervision Regulatory and infection control compliance Electronic dental/health records (EHR/EDR) Quality assurance and auditing Scheduling and resource coordination Patient experience and service recovery Data tracking and reporting Training and performance coaching
